At Staples Printing, we strive for perfection in every print, but if your order doesn't meet our quality standards, we offer a 30-day return policy for most custom products. Please review our process below to initiate a replacement or refund for your printed materials.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number.

    Submit Quality Documentation

    For custom print orders, please upload clear photos of the issue or defect to help our quality assurance team evaluate your claim.

  • 3.
    Pack and Label

    Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.

  • 4.
    Refund or Reprint Processing

    After receiving your return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or initiate a priority reprint of your order within 3-5 business days.
